Processing your orders
Each Ana & Cha piece of jewelry is delivered in its box and pouch.
Your orders are processed and prepared in our workshops within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Deliveries in Metropolitan France
Standard home delivery: 5,90€
Standard delivery to a pickup point: 4,90€
Delivery time of 2 to 3 business days.
Delivery in Metropolitan France is free for purchases of 80€ or more.
Delivery to Overseas Departments and Territories (DROM)
French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte:
Standard home delivery: 14.90€
Delivery time of 6 to 31 business days (Mayotte: 5 to 48 business days)
Saint-Martin (French part), Wallis and Futuna, New Caledonia, French Polynesia:
Standard home delivery: 19.90€
Delivery time of 6 to 10 business days.
For deliveries to the overseas departments and territories, customs fees may be charged by the carrier.
Delivery to European Union countries (Zone 1)
Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Germany:

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return conditions
If one of our pieces of jewelry does not suit you, you may return it (within 14 days) by following the steps of the return process presented below.
An Ana & Cha piece of jewelry must be returned in its original packaging (box and pouch) and must not have been worn.
An email will be sent to you by our customer service department to inform you that your return has been received.
Return steps:
- Submit a return request in your personal account under "my returns".
- Enter the products, quantities and reason for returning your order.
- Download the return form.
- Complete the return form and place it inside your parcel.
- Return your parcel to us at the address below :

Return period
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to submit a return request.
Unfortunately, items cannot be exchanged. If you would like an item in a different size, you must return the item in question for a refund and then place a new order.
Refund terms
The refund is automatically issued to the bank card used for payment.
The refund amount will be equal to the total amount of your order (excluding delivery costs).
Refund processing times
The refund processing time is between 5 and 10 business days from receipt and inspection of your jewelry in our workshops.
