Your Ana&Cha jewelry isn't afraid of water! 🌊
They accompany you every day, whether at the sea, the pool or in the shower, while retaining their golden shine.

After swimming, simply rinse them with clean water and dry them gently to prolong their shine.

And because your skin's well-being is just as important as style, our jewelry is lead-free, cadmium-free, nickel-free, and therefore hypoallergenic, even for the most sensitive skin. ✨

Are your jewelry pieces guaranteed?

At Ana&Cha, we distinguish between two types of guarantee:

We guarantee the 75‰ (18 carat) gold plating for 3 years .

If your jewelry loses its shine or the plating deteriorates abnormally, we will of course take care of everything 💛

🔧 Warranty against manufacturing defects

If your jewelry has a defect related to its design or manufacturing, we will repair or replace it ✨

⚠️ However, damage related to misuse or lack of maintenance (snagging, chemicals, etc.) is not covered.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To pamper your Ana&Cha jewelry and preserve its shine, avoid direct contact with perfume, cosmetics, or chemicals. 🌸

When you are not wearing them, store them in their Ana&Cha box or in a small soft pouch.
They'll do even better if they're protected from light and kept separate from each other — that's the secret to keeping them beautiful for a long time ✨

Can I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address in two situations:

When you place your first order, the address you provide will be saved as the default address in your account.

How do I return a piece of jewelry?

If you're not satisfied with any of your Ana&Cha jewelry, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. The jewelry must be unworn and returned in its original packaging (Ana&Cha box and pouch). ✨

Do you do any exchanges?

We don't offer exchanges. If your jewelry isn't right for you, you can simply return it for a refund. Once your refund has been processed, you can order the piece that suits you best ✨

My jewelry is damaged or broken, what should I do?

If your Ana&Cha jewelry was purchased on our website, please contact our customer service at hello@ana-cha.com.
Please specify the nature of the damage and add some photos of the jewelry.


Our workshop will examine your request on a case-by-case basis and, if a repair is possible, we will inform you of the corresponding price. ✨

However, if your jewelry was purchased from one of our partner retailers, after-sales service must be carried out directly with that retailer.


Each point of sale has its own repair and support services.

However, if you encounter a problem with a reseller, Ana&Cha cannot be held responsible.
In this case, we recommend contacting a local jeweler, who will be able to offer you a suitable solution. 💛
