Each Ana & Cha jewel is delivered in its box and pouch. Your orders are processed and prepared in our workshop within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

RETURNS

Return policy

If one of our jewels is unsatisfactory, you can return it (within 14 days) by following the return procedure detailed below.
Each returned product must be intact, without wear marks and inside its original packaging (box and pouch).

Our client services will send you an e-mail upon reception of the products to keep you informed

Return procedure

1. Make a return request in the « My returns” section of your personal account"
2. Indicate the products, the quantity and the reason for returning the products.
3. Download the return form
4. Fill the form and include it within your return package.
5. Go to your nearest post office to mail us the package.

Return Delay

You have 14 days upon reception of your order to request a return.

Refund modality

The refund will be emitted to the card used to pay for the order.

The amount of the refund will equal the total amount of the order (excluding transport fee).

Reimbursement period

Upon reception and verification of your returned products in our workshop, you should expect to receive the reimbursement within 5 to 10 business days..
